TopSeal is the Dutch (partner) network in the field of ceramic coatings. We help TopSeal train and certify car detailers into TopSeal Certified Partners. We do this via training programs based on blended learning. In other words: hands-on training on site, examination and certification online. TopSeal’s clients include large car and motorcycle groups like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Jaguar, and Harley Davidson.
